How to Participate
Did this touch you at all, and if so, would you like to participate?
Q How can one participate?
A We basically ask you to help in the form of contribution (donation).
Everybody helps in the way that they can. For example, one child might donate part of his "otoshidama" or new year's allowance; one house may donate part of what she earned at her part-time job; and an old man may have his wife cut his hair and donate the money he would otherwise have used at a barbershop. People donate once a year, or once a month, and the amount that they contribute also varies greatly, some giving about 1000 yen, and others 10,000 yen.

When the school meals began, people of Lunsar said as they danced and sang, "Sanki, sanki, momoyo, momoyo, Japan people!!" Sanki and momoyo both mean "thank you" in Krio and Temne language respectively.
By the way, if you decide to send us donations, please state which aid (school meal, education, raising of human capital, or urgency) you would like the money to go to. The representative will be the window to receive your donation, and will deliver the money safely after pooling the collected sum You can send us the contribution in the following ways:
1.Remittance by postal money order:
Account number: 00130-4-16565
Under the name of: Lend A Hand Movement
(This process is convenient because the fee is low,
it can be done from anywhere within Japan,
and furthermore it tells us the name and address of the contributor.)
